The Goal
Top performers live two lives. There's the one built for an audience, the highlight reel, the mic, the content engineered for someone else's feed.
And then there's the one almost nobody sees: the version of them caught in the ordinary, folding a shirt, grabbing coffee, cleaning up after themselves, the ten thousand mundane seconds that never make it to a highlight reel.
That second life is where I work.
I'm not adding another polished frame to someone's grid. I'm catching them in real time, no staging, no direction, just enough presence that the camera disappears. People don't need more performance. They need to see people, as people.
